Straight here too, but I strongly support the second, especially for those who tend to be sometimes more victimised than others. -James

Tweak, you sound like the man to go to with AR questions! I wish you were on THR the other day when a guy was slamming Colt AR civilian guns as junk and saying the failed military parts went into the civilian guns. Argh!

Tweak, Welcome. We that are gay enjoy the company of all and you are most welcome to be a member of the board. I am Air Force (ex but still AF at heart) and spent many years behind a desk as a Project Manager but did have the honor of serving at Prince Sultan AB in SA. (wow, just thought of what will/would be on peoples minds if they accidentally go to the other boards, make it here, and then realized that they served with a gay guy all those years). Wow, it looks as if we have another that can help with questions about AR's and guns in general. I love to learn and I welcome the vast knowledge that will be on the board. Again, welcome . Wayne

I guess I'm the second "token straight guy." Hehe Kacer, my account is working. ETA: I don't know anything, but I'm friendly and outgoing. No military service either, so I'm fairly useless.

Bee, You are not useless. I take it from your moniker that you keep bees. That has always interested me. All I know is that bees hurt when they sting, and I have a reaction to them . Wayne

Noooooo--my screen name is/was my first name ever on the internet--Ebay. I spent a half hour trying to snag a cool gun name and they were ALL taken. Finally I got frustrated and gave up. I figured I'd just be "thebeekeeper" and THAT WAS TAKEN TOO! By now I was furious, so I just decided to add a number to the end until one of them took. The first one did--hence, "thebeekeeper1." A few months later I sought to join AR15.com. If I couldn't get a cool gun nic on Ebay, I figured the odds on a gun board were not good, so I skipped right to the same name--and got it first try. Oh, I have about ten colonies of bees.

You're not the ONLY token straight boy here Heh, I never said I was the only one. Oooh, a Melissa song. and TBK1 isn't useless, he's an asset to any site. jamz, I quit arguing brands a long time ago, discovered it wasn't my job to enlighten the masses. I leave that to Darwin. BGA, (I ain't typing your handle every time) I don't think priests have enough fashion sense to be gay.
